What is the refund policy?
No refunds-all sales are final. The event will go on, rain or shine, under the Big Tent at Barber Park Amphitheatre.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
It is, but please change your tickets to the persons name you’re transferring your tickets. Here’s a quick tutorial:

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
If names and tickets don’t match, it causes us concern. We wonder why you have someone else’s ticket.  Will that person show up and be blocked from entering? Please see the FAQ on ticket transfers, above. We’d rather keep everyone happy and minimize problems.
